What information do we ask to you to provide and what do we do with it?

We will use your email address to contact you about your booking and to keep you up to date with the latest news and offers, depending on the preferences that you have opted into.

We use your first and last name to identify you with the booking and to personalise marketing mailings that you have opted into.

We may use your mobile number to keep you informed about your booking and to contact you for confirmation of your booking. We do not contact you via phone for marketing purposes.

Your date of birth is used to confirm that you are old enough to opt into our marketing mailings and to personalise marketing communications.

Any Special Request information that you provide will be used to help us to cater to your personal needs.
 

Data retention

If you do not opt in to receive marketing information from us then we do not keep any of the information that you provide. Your booking information is stored by Design My Night. You should read their privacy policy on the Design My Night website.

If you opt in to receive marketing information from us then we will keep your information indefinitely until you opt out. If you do not opt in to receive marketing information or you opt out at a later date we will not retain your information for marketing purposes.
